Unaisah Saeed is a Pakistani-American student in eleventh grade who enjoys a plethora of activities and subjects (so much so she struggles to decide what she wants to study in college), ranging from writing and drawing to learning history and languages. She loves spending time with her family and friends and has an affinity for Thai iced tea. She has been a happy member of the Kinkaid Creative Writing Program since seventh grade. Her poem “The Subtle Beauty of Death” was published in The Wise Owl. She has been published in anthologies such as Falcon Wings and Pen Power as well as two of the Young Writers anthologies. She has won Honorable Mentions and Silver and Gold Keys in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. She served as the Managing Editor for Falcon Wings in the spring of 2025.
